Refund Policy
At Sektor01, we are committed to quality and innovation. Due to the bespoke nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds.
Exchanges
We understand the importance of a perfect fit. While we don’t offer refunds, we do allow exchanges for different sizes. Exchanges are possible within 14 days of delivery to your provided shipping address.
Initiating an Exchange
To initiate an exchange, please contact us at info@sektor01.com. If your exchange is accepted, we will provide you with a shipping address. Please send the item with a Tracking Number. Exchanges without prior communication will not be processed.
For any exchange queries, reach out to us at info@sektor01.com. Once we receive the returned item, we will dispatch the new size.
Damages and Issues
In the rare event of receiving a damaged item, please return it to us. We will assess the damage and if it’s viable, ship it back to you.
Please note, due to their unique nature, all sales are final and cannot be exchanged.
Haven’t Received Your Order?
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe:
● Confirm the delivery address in your shipping confirmation email.
● Inquire at your local post office.
If the address was correct and the package wasn’t left at the post office or with neighbors, please contact us at info@sektor01.com with your order number.
